Dual Design Studio operates as an online bespoke furniture store. In addition, we host a quarterly pop-up showroom where customers can experience our latest and current furniture collections in person. Customers may also arrange private viewings with the Dual Design team by scheduling an appointment via email at [insert email].

All furniture is made to order, unless purchased directly from our pop-up showroom floor. Items bought from the showroom are eligible for delivery within 2–5 days. Made-to-order pieces will be delivered within 6–8 weeks from the date of order.

We currently offer delivery within the Gauteng province. For locations outside of Gauteng, please contact us for a custom delivery quote.

All furniture sold by Dual Design Studio is crafted to meet rigorous quality standards. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will make every effort to repair or replace the item in question. If your items arrives with any damage or discrepancy please notify us on (insert email ) within 7 days of delivery including images and a brief description. We will resolve this as efferently as possible.
